Miners National Pride

When the 33rd miner arose from the newly crowned 'Camp Hope' there was an impromptu rendition of the Chilean National Anthem. How amazing...but what would it take for anyone to take such national pride in Ireland? What national tradgedy would have to occur for there is a consistent and enduring assumption of an interdependent, intertwined relationship between the activities of a nation and national pride.
